Natasha Taylor

I have a clinical background supporting people with a wide range of mental health and neurodiverse needs, which has allowed me to understand the challenges individuals face. I support them in using practical strategies to manage day-to-day life. I bring this experience to my work with students, offering mentoring and guidance in a supportive, collaborative, and reflective way whilst recognising that they are the experts in their own life.

I aim to create a safe and non-judgmental space where students can explore their learning, build confidence, and develop strategies to manage both academic and personal challenges. I have experience supporting neurodiverse students and enjoy helping them understand how differences in thinking, learning, and processing information can affect daily life and study.

My approach focuses on problem-solving, practical strategies and self-reflection, helping students link theory to everyday situations, and developing tools for success. I am particularly interested in mental wellbeing, resilience, communication, and personal development. My goal is to ensure students feel supported and encouraged throughout their studies, building confidence, developing practical skills, and navigating challenges with greater ease.
