Fay Naylor

I am a fully qualified Person-Centred Counsellor. This is an approach that deals with the way an individual sees themselves, not how they are seen by people around them. I work to understand your experiences, seeing them as individual to you and my qualifications include Diploma – Therapeutic Counselling and Certificate in Counselling Skills. I have additional training in bereavement, domestic abuse, transactional analysis and suicide/trauma as well as counselling students with learning difficulties. I regularly attend training to keep up to date with new ideas, research and legislation and work can be audited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) ensuring I am working with you to the best of my ability. I have my own private counselling practice and volunteer at Kemp Hospice helping bereaved clients as well as mentoring domestic abuse survivors via the Jan Foundation.
